I recently saw this video as part of a blog post that I learned about on Twitter (thanks, PLN!).  While it's not directly related to education, I couldn't help but think about the same methods could apply to education, and help today's students or the general public.

As the video says, Tesco has "Let the store come to the people".  How can we (by this method or others), let the learning come to the people?

As the video says, Tesco is able to "change waiting time to shopping time".  How can we change waiting (or otherwise wasted time) to learning time?
